Use this command to make a Breakline symbol on a line.
Type BREAKLINE on the command line and press enter , then click on scale option of the command line and apply an appropriate
scale to the breakline.
Select the starting and end points of the breakline then click at any point on the line to specify
the location of breakline or directly press enter to place it exactly at the center of the line.
